Rude Doctor. Seemed arrogant and a know it all.

I moved up from the Bronx and was looking for a Pediatrican that was more family oriented. I found Dr.Ennabi through recommendation of her brother in law Dr.Ennabi the dentist in Wappingers Falls. I couldnt be more pleased! I do prefer Dr.Ginnani the other pediatrican on staff. However,feels like home, never had an issue with getting an appt. Staff is EXCELLENT!

Dr Ennabi is the greatest doctor I have ever encountered. Her knowledge expertise, professionalism is second to none. As a mother of 3 children I am so happy we found Dr. Ennabi.

We love Dr. Ennabi. She is so patient, kind, and takes a ton of time with us during his visit. She really knows her stuff and we are so glad we chose her when our son was first born!

I don't remember what our experience was because it was over a year ago. My son visited Ennabi one time for an asthma attack becuase we were out of town. I can't rate positive or negative for the visit but I can comment what happened a year later. A year (7/10) later after my son's visit (6/09) with her I received a statement with an outstanding balance. According to the statement his insurance company paid their portion within a month or two of the visit. I called the number on the statement to inquire why I am just receiving a statement with a outstanding balance. I was told by someone in her billing office (7/26/10) bills were not being sent out of the office for a long time. I was also told this is the reason her billing was outsourced to a company outside of her office. I didn't receive a bill until over a year later because her office dropped the ball. I was told I needed to speak to the doctor about the balance because the billing couldn't do anything about the balance only the… doctor could adjust or excuse it. I called the doctor and left numerous message with the receptionists, on the answering machine, and mailed several letters. No response from the doctor. I received a call from the billing office stating I had to pay the bill regardless or not if the doctor's office made a mistake by not sending out bills I was responsible for the balance. I was told I should have been aware of the balance when I received my statements from the insurance company. What's interesting is if they seriousily believed I should have been aware of the outstanding balance why did the statement mailed to me state the balance was current not over a 120 days. They had no clue this balance was outstanding until over a year later after someone starting playing catch up. Two months later after continous calls and letters I finally received a call and spoke to Ennabi. She told me the balance was owed and I had to pay it.No apology for the error. She has nothing to do with her billing and doesn't know what billing does. I explained to her this was her office and she doesn't know what going on in her office. This is why I received a statement over a year later. There is no checks and balances. She wasn't too happy with my comments about the lack of professionalism of her office and how this issue has been handled. Then I mailed a check towards the balance and the check was cashed close to if not a month later. In my opinion there is a lack of professionalism, timliness, and accountability.

Dr Ennabi is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She called me every day for a week checking on my daughter when she was very sick. What a wonderful doctor

I have a 5 years old boy she gave him a vaccination and flu shot the same day and after 3 days he gat sick I toll her is a rteaccion of the vaccine but she complete my advertising a she tolme the is normal the kids have headaches, is a virus, virus on top of virus. I ask for som neurology referel she said I don't need that he is deshidratade, after 3 week my son has paralisis, lose his visionDiagnose A.D.E.M. (Acute Desiminate Encephalomielitis) cause by vaccines, but When I told her is the vaccines she complete ignore that, plus she didnt give me thereferal, she said is normal kids have headachesBecarefull.

I have been to different pediatricians in the area and Dr Ennabi is the BEST. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. I have 3 children and they all love her and her wonderful staff.
