Dr. Kathleen Anne Mulligan, MD

My husband saw Dr. Mulligan today. Their office fit him in quickly and we were very grateful for that! The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so happy we found her. She explains everything in detail and takes her time with you. The wait was a bit long but she was well worth it! We are retired so time was no big deal for us but another patient was in a hurry as she was on her lunch hour. Take off a half day to see her, you will not be disappointed, trust me.

Dr. Mulligan is a very caring and kind doctor but unfortunately runs at least an hour behind every time I come in. I highly recommend making your appointment for the first one of the day otherwise you’ll be sitting there all day. I’ve even sat for 2 hours before she finally saw me.

Went to Dr. Mulligan at Westshore Dermatology. Went to get a mole or whatever it was removed. I got a full body check which I did not request, and when I asked about the removal of the mole or whatever it was she said I had to make another appointment. I told her I just lost my job and my insurance would expire shortly and did not have the money to make another appointment and pay another copay which ended on deaf ears. All I got was repeatedly is you have to make another appointment. I had to pay for something I did not ask for and did not get what I came in for. Total rip off.

She has very good bedside manners. She treats you like a person instead of a number. She takes whatever time she needs. I never feel rushed. She is also very thorough.

Dr. Mulligan and her staff are terrific. First class experience!

I went for a follow up appointment and waited for an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor, then she literally spent three minutes with me. She did not review my chart whatsover either, which had a biopsy from a previous doctor and drawing she had did the time before. She just told me the discoloration was "weird" numerous times and to come back if it changes. She then rushed out the door! It was the worst doctor visit i have ever had and it took over 6 monthes to see her!
