Dr. Kathleen Ann Scanlon, MD

I had seen several doctor before I had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Scanlon. She validated my concerns, performed necessary test and did my surgery with the utmost care. Considering it was my first time in the hospital, I was calm and conversational because I knew I was in excellent hands. After the surgery, she saw me on a weekly basis until I was completely healed. She is truly exceptional and I'm lucky to have been in her care.

Dr. Scanlon is the best doctor I have ever had. She takes her time with you and answers all of your questions. She took fantastic care of me and made me feel so comfortable. She was able to deliver my daughter and was so calm and cool. She knows what’s she doing which allowed me to relax in her care. I would have 10 babies with this woman. She is that good!??????

All Doctors are not created equal. Dr Scanlon in my 40 plus years of existence is literally the best doctor God put in my path. To say she is nice, knowledgeable, gentle, soft spoken is putting it mildly! She takes her hippocratic oath seriously. She's a fantastic listener. She does not judge, is not at all condescending like most doctors and makes you feel valued. My pre, post natal and gynecological visits with her are amazing! Her nurse Shammy is as sweet, bright, and as smart as they come. Look no further ladies and run to Dr. Scanlon!

She delivered my first two coincidentally at kaiser south bay. I drive 40+ minutes to see her for my current pregnancy. I do believe i have a high risk pregnancy and felt she knows my history of my other two and will provide optimal care with this pregnancy. I wished more doctors were more like her.

She is an amazing OB ... Thorough, compassionate, & very calm in the monents of panics... This is how Every person on this profession should be.
