No time for patience

This was my first appointment but I found everyone very competent and helpful.

I was at Dr. Jones’ Orange Avenue office for 3 hours. People with appointments after me were in and out before me. Despite having a few concerns I was told 1 appointment per concern. I had to beg to get my growing breast lump examined because it was the second concern I listed. Dr. Jones seemed nice enough but the labs she ordered did not apply to my examination or problem. The receptionist took pictures of my personal documents, ID and insurance card, on her personal cellphone. She confirmed it was her personal cellphone twice, loudly, in front of the people in the waiting room. Despite being booked over a month out I was not asked to keep a uro journal until the end of the 3 hours. That was the only form of treatment offered. From a personal standpoint her receptionist was extremely rude and her nurse, though sweet, could not keep track of anything she asked me or asked me to do. I will never go back and I will warn every person looking for a gynecologist to stay as far away from… this practice as possible. To add insult to injury I was sent a text from Dr. Jones’ office about my experience. I selected No when asked if I was satisfied and was taken to a page to send the office a message. I went back and selected Yes and was asked to write a review for her page. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON DR. JONES HAS HIGH RATINGS.

Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon but her office staff is more interested in scheduling annual exams and trying to see her for a problem is difficult

Office staff..front desk..mgr..rude.. Tell them your concern and they give advice..not dr.. unapproachable..hardly answers phone and you have to leave a msg..which.may or may NOT be returned. Hrs. Very limited..and often last min. Camcellations and then books you out weeks later. So disappointed..its getting worse.

I have to wait 4 hours literally to see the doctor, she stay with me for about 5 minutes, was rude and when she was making a pelvic exam she ask me why my weird face and I couldn’t say anything when she star laughing and told me “no body is happy with 2 finger in the vagina right ?” I find this not only rude but totally unacceptable for a doctor who treat your intimate parts!! Don’t recommend this doctor, horrible experience.

Both she and her staff are rude and condescending. No bedside manner whatsoever. Make you feel like they're doing you a favor by being there. Extremely inefficient. Impossible to get a hold of. Has no backup if she's not in the office. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Wait a long time to get a response back, since everything is done via message on the portal. Had 8 a.m. appointments and she never came in the office before 8:30. Never got in my room before 9. Never ran any tests or anything on my condition, just assumed she knew what it was and there was nothing that could be done. Went to her for a year, and then finally got fed up and went to another doctor, who ran tests and had my condition taken care of in under 3 months.

Dr. Jones spent a lot of time with me to discuss my condition and answer any questions. Very good bedside manner. She is a caring doctor.

To begin with, completing the new patient paperwork is a complete nightmare with half of it done via an online portal and the other half you're manually complete and print. Upon arrival, you must then completely additional paperwork that is almost an exact duplication. On to the doctor... Dr. Jones lacks professional bedside manner and has no interest in learning about her patients. Not only is she unprofessional, but down right rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting time and money visiting her office.
