Just awful person. No morals. Will lie.

First time visit . Checked my thyroid and acted very well . Very sharp n very professional. Excellent advice in patient diagnosis !! And plan if care !!

I do not agree with the negative reviews. Dr. Kavita Iyengar has been very very patient with both me and my dad (who is also her patient) and spends a good amount of time answering all our questions, showing no hesitation to sit down and talk as long as we need to each time. We feel extremely comfortable and highly recommend her as an a Endocrinologist to anyone who is not sure where to go. She has a very pleasant bedside manner, and I cannot imagine any other doctor more polite than her. Do not hesitate to seek her help, you won't regret!

Would not recommend this physician to anyone. She didn't seem interested in the patient and provided very little in the way of in depth thoughtful answers. When asked questions she seemed surprised that a patient sought real answers from her. The practice has lost my patronage. We will seek medical attention elsewhere because of this physicians poor bedside manner and presentation of information.

I have seen Dr. Iyengar 2 times in the past 2 years and she always listens and answers all of my questions.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, she's terrific, very patient and pleasant.

i was skeptical going in but the visit with her turned out to be a very pleasant experience. She is polite, has great bedside manner and explains things much better than any other doctor I have seen. She has been treating me for 2 years now and I am so relieved to have finally found a good doctor.

An extremely brief physical examination, very limited physical history, resulted in a lifelong "treatable" diagnosis. Provided very little in the way of info about the disease . . . required a lot of prompting for explanations. Contacted the office after receiving lab results asking a question about the need for more testing. Forty-eight hours have passed with no response from even a nurse. Another doctor who has read the results wants to do an MRI but doesn't want to step on her toes... Appears not to take patients concerns very seriously.
