Dr. Kayla Nervick, OD graduated as part of the inaugural class from Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University. Having had externships with different modes of practice and seeing all types of patients, Dr. Nervick has an array of training to add to the team.As an extern working at the Indian Health Services Hospital in Parker, Arizona, Dr. Nervick worked with patients in all stages of life. That experience allowed her to gain much knowledge about disease states such as diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and glaucoma. An externship at a vision therapy practice gave Dr. Nervick the chance to work with not only children with vision maladies but even patients who suffered from traumatic brain injury or special needs like autism and Down’s syndrome.Dr. Nervick was also privileged to gain experience with specialty contact lenses for patients with irregular corneas with an externship through a contact lens practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona. I am a first time patient with this office and Dr Nervick was excellent and the staff was great also. I had concerns about eye issues after recent cataract surgery. The large eye business I previously worked with was not a good experience. Dr Nervick is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She was gracious with her time explaining in detail what my issues are and the course of action we should take. So happy I found Front Range Eye Physicians

From the warm greeting at the reception desk, to the tech and Dr. Nervick, my entire visit was smooth, fun, and efficient. Dr Nervick always goes the extra mile in my eye care, and for that I am truly grateful! I highly recommend her!

Kayla was great. She took time with me and listened well. The office was busy and my appointment was pushed back almost an hour and I had to shuffle rooms to get an open one. Overall, a good experience and I feel it's a very professionally-run office.
