Dr. Kean Donald Griffith, MD

I scheduled my appointment with dr griffin exactly one week after having an appendectomy (removal of appendix). Scheduling was easy and friendly over the phone. Once I arrived I waited no more than 15 minutes before being called back, once in the exam room I waited no more than 5 or 10 minutes for dr griffin to came in. He was very friendly, once he made his examination he then discussed the procedure I went through and how it was preformed, he answered all my questions clearly as well as providing me w/ detailed paperwork stating my physical restriction while recovering as well as when I could return back to work. MY experience was nothing short of friendly, informative and professional.

He has helped me a lot.

I was sent to dr griffith via ER and primary physician already diagnosed witb a hernia Dr Griffith acted very squirrelly. He refused to exam me where the hernia is located. He said I could not possible have a hernia and smirked and ran out of the room. I'm very happy with the surgeon who will be operating on me at the Mercy campus in Springfield. Dr Griffith left me in pain, actied like I was crazy and seeking drugs. I have had this superior, sarcastic attitudes from other physicians in this building. I am educated. I don't need this crap. If Dr. Griffith were a Real Dr, he would treat patients, instead of running in, making obviously stupid remarks, run from the room, and collect the insurance payment. I thought physicisns got paid to help peopl. I understand he is there to get paid since he isn't a volunteer. But the payment should be for a service.
