Dr. Jones had a lot of information that o needed about carpal tunnel. We discussed how we were going to treat wit with surgery. I can’t wait to not be in pain anymore.

First time seeing Dr. Preston Jones. Was told to arrive at 2 for my 2:15 appointment! I got there at 1:40 and check in took 20-25 minutes total. Got called back at about 2:45 and saw him at 2:55. I really liked him but wait time is unacceptable.

Dr. Jones and his staff are very friendly and attentive. He is thorough, welcomes all questions, and gave me the information and options for my needs. I would recommend him to anyone with orthopedic issues.

My experience with Dr. Jones went better than I thought it would. I’m usually scared to talk to doctors about what’s going on but I felt confident about telling him the issues I was having. He’s was able to answer my questions and give me answers. I’m glad he’s going to be the doctor to operate on my hands. I trust him.

Had surgey to repair hip/ leg.

Dr. Jones is the very very best. I virtually amputated my right index finger. Just a sliver of flesh held it on. I was in a lot of pain both physically and emotionally. I knew I would never have the full use of that finger again. I was wrong! When I was rushed to ER they just patched it up with a few stitches. Dr. Jones found out about my finger, looked at the X-rays and contacted my wife the next day via text to get me in immediately for surgery. Who does that!? Ah nobody! just Dr. Jones! The bones at the end of my finger were completely crushed, my finger nail was completely gone. ER did what they could the night before but did not address any of those issues. Dr. Jones’s reassuring bed side manner put me at ease. Dr. Jones did a very complex repair of my finger and put the bones back in place properly. He then surgically attached a temporary finger nail to hold the finger structure in place. He and his expert staff followed up weekly, redressed and reassessed the injury as… needed. Eight weeks later I’m back to playing my guitar as normal and working construction with almost no restriction in using that finger! God has blessed Dr. Jones with remarkable talent and I am eternally grateful to him for what he and his great staff have done for me. You just won’t find a more professional Dr. or staff than Dr. Jones and his surgical team. I absolutely love the man! If you need an orthopedic surgeon I can’t recommend Dr. Jones highly enough. Thanks Doc, you’re the best.

Saw Dr Jones only 1 time, but love him already. He's fast, thorough and agreessive with my treatment plans. Thanks to all the friendly staff also!
