I had an appointment with Dr. Keith Steinbecker today at 11:50. It was the first time I went to this office and ended up parking in the twin towers location by mistake. By the time I arrived at the correct location I was exactly seven minutes late and was told the Doctor left for lunch! I believe the doctor or an assistant should have given me the courtesy of a phone call before he left. In the past I have waited up to 45 minutes to see this provider.

this may have nothing to do with the office,but they didn't have my referral. The referral office stated they faxed it a few days ago and after a 20 minute wait,it was faxed again. Otherwise,great office!!

Dr. Steinbecker is very thoughtful, kind and caring. He spends time with you, explains in laymen terms what is happening, what is going to happen and how it should be handled. His staff from the receptionist to appointment desk to nurses are all very great and kind. He has been our livesaver! Thank you Dr. Steinbecker.
