Terrible decision by me to spend the money to have lasik surgery with this guy. after I found out that my vision was not corrected enough, he told me that it would cost me an additional $4000 to redo my eyes because it was outside his "1 year" free enhancement period.

My experience with Dr. Walter of Wake Forest University Eye Center was superb. He is a professional and trustworthy doctor that still comes off as personable and caring. The only downside to his practice is the location. Being located in Wake Forest Univeristy Baptist Medical Center is neither convenient nor lucrative. It is a pain to park and it cost $$.

Dr. Walter performed by refractive surgery (PRK). He and his staff provided excellent care. I now have 20/15 vision in both eyes and I recommend Dr. Walter to everyone.
