Doctor Kelly De Souza took her time to study my medical history after a very painful car accident and almost deadly doctor procedure. She prescribed me the write medication with moderation, physical therapy and the precise important procedures to counteract the previous negative, harmful, painful and unnecessary procedures. Thank you doctor for your help to get back on track and correct some of the damage that took place.

Looks like all Pain management Dr's at the UM have the syndrome of arrogance and careless for Patients.

Dr. De Souza sent me with Dr. Patin who refused to treat me because I was complaining about all the things I wasn't told. . Therefore, Dr. De Souza forgot I was her patient. Is this care , medicine or just another job to get a salary?

She was very caring and interested in making me better. She provided me with many options to manage my pain. Highly recommended!

I predict this doctor will not be working for UM for very long. UM has some of the best doctors in the country however De Souza is not one of them. Refuses to Rx oral meds, only interested in injections that dont work for everyone and very narrow minded regarding this. Its her way or no way. Has no issue telling you to go elsewhere for treatment. She is short, borderline rude, ZERO bedside manner and unsympathetic to chronic pain patients she is suppose to be treating. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for a pain doctor.

Dr De souza is incompetent ,unprofessional, argumentI've and has not a clue how her practice or office is being run. ..she tells you to see her in 2 weeks but she doesn't have an opening for a month and then they call you the morning of your appointment to reschedule. She prescribeso antidepressants for pain and she doesn't monitor them. She did nothing for my pain all she did was make me emotionally unstable and mu blood pressure go through roof. I have normal blood pressure except when I went to see her ....unacceptable and she and UHEALTH should be held accountable. I'm looking into it as I feel she damaged me ....she should not be allowed to practice medicine. I amost forgot they billed for the same procedure 3 different prices and for procedures they didn't perform
