I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journey of healing and discovery. My formal education and professional experience have prepared me to counsel individuals, couples, families and groups. (I only provide individual therapy on Sondermind). I fit my clinical approach to each clients needs and goals. I have worked with many experiential techniques and enjoy bringing them into my individual sessions. I enjoy helping my clients to find and build on their strengths.
I have a particular speciality around individuals with Eating Disorders and those having Intimacy Issues. Throughout my experience I have found joy in working with woman's issues, self-injury, and self-esteem, depression, and those in a difficult life transition.
When we are willing to be vulnerable enough to explore our depths, then we invite courage and true change into our lives. At times …everyone needs someone to talk too and walk with them on their healing journey. I push my clients to expand as individuals but I hold them in the highest esteem.
