Dr. Kelly Suzanne Ott, MD

Dr. Ott is always kind and gives you a lot of time to ask questions and help you understand and find the best treatment for your needs! She is an awesome doctor who even noticed my thyroid was enlarged and helped me find a specialist. I trust her.

I have been going to Dr Ott since she began her practice. I would never consider going to anyone else, she is simply the most caring and loving doctor, competent and helpful, and non-judgmental. Takes the time with her patients to make sure that they get the care they need. I cannot say enough about how great she is.

I've taken my daughter to the Chesterfield location and both visits, we had to wait for over and hour!!!!! I agree with other reviewers, staff was very rude and not at all personable. Again like another review, prescription was to be called in to pharmacy and never called. I had to call exchange and have doctor on call, call it in. In my opinion, very unprofessional and will be looking for a different doctor....very frustrating!

I had to switch to this office because my physician retired. I have had multiple problems with the staff. I have called the office and spoke to a live person only to discover later that there was not a record of my call. Additionally I was told by a Nurse Practitioner call in something to the pharmacy and it was never done.

The staff at the St Peters, Mo location are HORRIBLE. If you want to be made to feel like an idiot and that you are wasting someone's time, this is your place. Denise especially was so rude, and I will now be switching doctors, simply because of their staff.
