Dr. Kelly Suzanne Schmidt, MD

Dr Schmidt had been overseeing my son's care since his birth, until age 7...when she relocated to Montana. So thankful she was here in Las Vegas, NV...to take care of my son who has hydrocephalus. As far as our family is concerned, she is one of the best pediatric neurosurgeons in the whole country!

Dr. Schmidt was attentive, caring, and truly made us feel that she genuinely cared about our son. She explained everything thoroughly and made us feel that we are definitely in good hands. Her office staff was terrific and welcoming and her PA was incredible and very detailed.

Dr. Schmidt is an excellent provider! She listens and extremely personable. She truest cares for each of my daughters and I trust her. Having 2 children with Spina Bifida we see many specialist. Dr. Schmidt is our favorite! The office staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Schmidt to anyone, and do!!!

Dr. Schmidt has a very friedly, prompt and competent staff. Although Vegas is metropolitan, I was surprised at being able yo find such a well trained Neuro-Surgeon outside of a major hospital. Such has extremely surpassed my expectations. I have previously gone yo MD Anderson for my care. Upon my pleasing experience with Dr. Schmidt this will no longer be neseccary. Dr. Schmidt fully explains the required procedure, has excellent bedside manner and follow-up care is covered for 90 days yo monitor wound care. The staff is very kind and courteous, also gentle with bruises and stitches as they heal. I would recommend Dr.Schimdt and her wonderful staff for adults and children.

We just moved to Nevada and I am thankful my son was referred to Dr. SCHMIDT. she took the time to speak to us and explain everything thoroughly.

When I had an unexpected seizure at 48 years old, it was very scary! Dr. Schmidt was wonderful in explaining to me what had taken place. She made me so very comfortable in explaining my options, ALL my options. She knows the latest information, including making plans to send up to UCLA if that was something I wanted to pursue. I have needed to see her bi-monthly for over 18 months now. She looks at my case with fresh eyes every time -- rather than viewing me as, she already knows me & my case so she rushes -- NO she looks at my scans and case with NEW eyes each time! I want that! She is amazing. Always paying attention, closely each and every time. I would recommend her for a child all the way to an adult. A-M-A-Z--I-N-G!
