Dr. Kelly Burton Thrasher

I have been going to Dr. Thrasher since Dr. Winter retired. Dr. Thrasher is very through, patient, and knowledgeable. He has always been great to diagnose a problem, and make recommendations that are always correct! I reccomend Dr. Thrasher as a Dr. of Internal Medicine. He has always displayed 100% professionalism to me. I look forward to his return to practice.

I've been a patient for over 7 years and he's the best GP I've had. Always returns emails and requests quickly. Helped me through a tough time with high PSA testing. I would recommend him to anyone. Hope the system is fair on his current challenge. He certainly has my support.

I've been a patient of Dr. Thrasher for over 5 years and can't say enough about his work ethic and compassion. I've recommended him to many over the last few years. I'm concerned about the current challenge and I pray for a fair and equitable resolution for all of those involved. Does it seem a bit strange that EVERY review of Dr. Thrasher and his staff over the last few years has been great/excellent and the only negative comments (2) were published in the first quarter of this year?

About five years ago everything started out well -- then two years ago I felt everything was coming apart slowly. Yes front office staff VERY rude. Records are NOT turned over willingly. PA did not diagnose my husband correctly, causing a multitude of problems & issues. Then we both switched to a different practice. My husband did get "some" of his records. I have none of mine. Considering his current "legal" issues, it is unlikely he will return to practice medicine. What a shame...he can be a truly fine, caring, physician. And ALL the office issues could have been addressed. It's too late now.

The staff of this office especially the office manager Michelle was extremely rude and mean. She hangs up in people face and allows the receptionist to hang up in people's face as well. This staff is a poor example of how a real medical practice should be run. If you try to speak to someone other than the office manager she hangs up. I will NEVER go to this clinic or send business their way. I pray none of you reading this has to deal with that devil of an office manager Michelle. She is truly a mean spirited person. Plus no office manager should allow their staff to HANG UP ON ANYONE. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Thrasher took the time to listen, the most important aspect of a Dr, patient relationship. He is like a Doogie Hauser in youth but a great Dr. and good fellow. Knows his stuff. Go to him for my annual physical. Office staff is right on top of all the insurance details.
