Dr. Kelly Walsh, DO

I was looking for a new doctor when i was recommended Dr Walsh. I looked up the reviews, pretty good, i had a friend that had gone to her so i decided to go. I got the appt for next day. I got there 10 mins before i appt time. I was called in for vitals half hour later, then i sat in the patient room for another 50 mins and still there was no sign of doctor. I inquired, the front desk staff is very friendly, they said they were sorry and the doctor will be there soon but after another 10 mins of wait, still no doc. She was with other patients. Maybe it was that day only, but i am pretty upset that 1.5 hr later i had to walk out as i had gone during lunch hour. Did not appreciate the wait at all.

Dr. Walsh is a great listener and takes her time with her patients. I too am sad to see her leave the practice in Morris Plains and would probably travel to see her. She is going to be hard to replace.

Dr. Walsh is wonderful- I would recommend her to anyone. She is kind and caring and knowledgable. I trust her medical opinion- she explains procedures and evaluates situations soundly and I never feel rushed when she is with me.. She uses excellent palpation skills (she actually touches her patients!) She has a very easy way with my children, talking to them and getting them to relax, understanding their fears and concerns. She is the same for me during my visits, always speaks to me compassionately, listens to my thoughts about my healthcare and respects my choices.

I think this is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring and makes enough time on her schedule to answer all your questions. Wish that there were more doctors like her. A+++
