Dr Chi is an excellent Doctor, he takes his time and listens to his patients. I felt reassured after my visit with him. He is professional, friendly and will go out of his way to support his patients!

I had atypical symptoms of GERD. After being shuffled throughout various specialists, I fortunately found Dr. Chi through a thoracic surgeon. Dr. Chi was able to identify and diagnose my issues, and after an informed discussion on the TIF surgery, I elected to have my procedure done via Dr. Chi. His office made sure we crossed all t’s and dotted all the i’s due to my HMO coverage to make sure the surgery was covered. I just got the surgery done recently, and immediately following the surgery Dr. Chi came to check up on me and answered any questions. He has great expertise and incredible bedside manner. Highly recommend.

I was having stomach problems ever since I was diagnosed with hpylori and it was to the point where I could not eat anything for almost a month losing about 25lbs after seeing Dr. Chi he was able to provide me with a diagnosis after listening to all of my symptoms. (PS he is one of the few doctors I know that will listen to everything you have to say without cutting you off or interrupting) he is very good with following up with you and provides genuine care for all his patients.

Dr. Chi took the time to answer all of my questions after a procedure. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world! You definitely don’t see too many doctors like him anymore.

Dr Chi was totally amazing! My daughter called him 3x the night before my surgical procedure with him. He responded to her immediately and my procedure was able to take place in the morning. I think he is gifted, kind, & humble. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Dr. Kenneth Chi operated on me on May 1, 2020, as soos as surgeries could be scheduled. He was on time and as always kind, caring and professional. I needed to emergently have a lorge calcium stone removed from my common bile duct leading to my liver. My surgery took 3 hours, but all of the hard stone was destroyed by lithrotripsy and removed in what was called a "technically difficult and complex" procedue. I will not see another G.I. doc but Dr. Chi. I owe him my life.
