Dr. Kenneth Howard Einhorn, MD

Dr. Einhorn is the best ent dock that I have ever had. He knows his stuff and the best ear surgeon I have ever had. No scars and I truly believe that all doctors are not the same and as a nurse, many patients come in with an attitude and do not treat doctors or nurses with respect. They expect the world! He is the best!

I brought my 91 year old client in-I am her caregiver-to get her ears cleaned out. This doctor did not even say hello to my client-he did not address her by name-he did not ask her one question regarding her ears-his bedside manner was horrible. There was no conversation during the entire visit. Will never bring my client back to Dr. Einhorn.

Horrible experience. Went in with a sinus infection will bright yellow mucus. He said My sinuses were fine and there was no infection. For 47 year my eyes have swollen when I have a sinus infection but he said there is no connection (which would mean the other ENTs I've seen in the past were all wong) He told me I should see an eye doctor if my sinuses are affecting my eyes. I then stated I didnt think he was listening to my concerns or taking them seriously, in which case he suggested I should have a hearing test. I asked for a prescription for a sinus car scan and they gave me one without an authorization code, saying they would call me with it. That was a week and a half ago. I have still not received the authorization, however I did receive the bill.

On the most recent visit, my husband and I found Dr. Einhorn to be cold and impersonal. He didn’t make eye contact with us. He was brusque and rushed. He intimated that I was imagining things. He answered questions curtly and with a patronizing attitude. One year ago at my first visit I found him the same way and hoped he was only having a bad day. Apparently not, since he treated me and my husband the same way this time. We do not recommend him and are switching doctors.

Had attitude, no personality, or bedside manner

Absolute horrible experience, do not waste your time. Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced in a Doctor!

His bed side manner is lacking. You have to force detailed information out of him about his diagnosis (the why and how). He knows how to find the answer and appears to be able to make an accurate diagnosis, though.

Terrible bedside manner. Made appointment for a sinus condition. While in office I told him about being dizzy thinking the eras are connected in some way to the sinus. He told me in a nasty way to check your ears"
