Dr. Fletcher was very kind and explained what he believed were the problems that I was experiencing with my voice. He recommended a conservative method first to see if that would help my voice. I really appreciated his recommendation instead of immediately going into a surgery procedure. He listened to my concerns, and reassured me that there were things that could be done to correct my voice problems. I left believing that I was in great hands.

I appreciated the evaluation, the camera down nose to look at vocal cords, and results, my vocal cords functioned as they should, plus the doctor telling about his observation, I was not engaging diaphragmic breathing thus the severe breathlessness when I walked, and his recommending a therapist. The doctor acted like he cared about my dilemma and offered me some help.
