I've known Dr. Gayles for years and appreciate how he incorporated exercise and nutrition into his healthcare practice on Humboldt Parkway. Dr. Gayles and his family have a strong, reputable history in the City of Buffalo, NY, along with his practice as a healthcare provider in the Afro-American community on the east side of Buffalo, NY. 14211.

Dr. Gayles has been my doctor for over twenty years. He’s always been available to help me with my health issues. He’s always available for any questions or concerns I may have.

This Dr was recommended by my primary. I never went to see him nor will I ever because I have my own cardiologist. He gave a false medical opinion to another doctor about my health therefore stopping my surgery from taking place..

Dr. Gayles is a wonderful caring physician , but I don't think he knows about how lax his staff is . Some of ladies in charge up front are rude at times, and not courteous. If it was determined by his staff I would never come back!

I am thinking about returning to Dr. Gayles. My most memorable experience was how he incorporated exercise in his practice, to promote, and encourage his patients to exercise. In his wellness center to better serve his patients he has exercise equipment. I can also recall Dr. Gayles coming in the fitness room working out and he brought some of his children. These are fond memories I have of going to Dr. Gayles Wellness Center. Also, his staff was courteous and friendly. Good Customer Service is one key ingredient to an overall success of any business, along with cleanliness .

I've been an of and on patient of Dr. Gayles for a number of yrs. I've always thought his office staff were polite and courteous beyond a doubt. Dr. Gayles is a believer in spending time with a patient and getting an accurate diagnosis by medical procedures that are deemed necessary!
