I recently went here with my wife for shoulder pain and the front desk woman was the worst interaction I have ever seen calling my wife aggressive towards her when I was with my wife the whole time at this appointment and we so happen to be a black couple. We arrived not knowing that this wasn't the correct doctor we were supposed to see but our referral gave us this address. After the appointment the awful front desk woman tried to cover her mistakes by trying to force us to pay for this visit when we paid a copay and an authorization but since it was past 7 days this office doesn't want to make any exceptions. They are rude and disrespectful.

At 71 I've seen my share of doctors. Orthopedics? 2 hip replacements, knee surgery while the Mrs. has had 1 hip replaced, cervical disk replacement, and back surgery, plus numerous other physicians for all the other ailments of aging. Without a doubt, Dr. Kenneth Hodor is at the top of our list for at least 20 years. Outstanding bedside manner, makes his patient feel comfortable. His thorough examination and testing body movement, up-to-date reading of the most current procedures and treatments, a truly caring attitude and a vibrant longtime practice gives Dr. Hodor all the credentials for a successful visit. I have seen Dr Hodor a few times over the years, for both my hip and recently for my lower back. He is an exceptional, compassionate doctor that takes time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. The lady that took the xrays was patient and very nice. An office assistant helped me in scheduling my MRI. I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have visited Dr Hodor’s office. I have the utmost trust in him so I drive quite a distance just to see him.

Don't even think of going to this office!! The staff is rude, insensitive and unhelpful . I have never encounter people like this in a physician's office. The way they treat patients is unacceptable. I read so many bad reviews about these office, but though they might be exaggerated, so I give them a chance and got an appointment. Patients were right!. The Dr. should really fire the staff if he wants to continue with his practice. I couldn't even see the Dr. even though I had an appointment. schedule.

I read reviews before making an appointment with this doctor and I thought that sometimes we have a bad day so we write a bad review BUT every word is true! The doctor is nice but his staff is rude! they smile and treat you well in front of the doctor otherwise they don't care about patients or their needs. I'm wondering if the doctor doesn't really know about this situation.

Dr. Hodor is a good doctor but the staff who works the front desk are the WORST! The are lazy, unorganized and only want to make their job easy instead trying to help the patients. Very disappointed.

Great dr..He made me feel safe and confortable

I was treated in the worst possible way by Mary ( the administrative clerk of the Dr Hodor) while Sandra ( the other clerk) was only smiling. I refused to sign one of the papers making me suitable in case the my insurance is not remitting the full payment to them in 60 days. I'm injured and Mary just kicked me out of the doctor office , even though she made me sign the paper threatening me, saying that the Doctor wouldn't receive me if I do not sign. Should be a way to stop these type of mistreatment by the nurses and clerical employees without any knowledge of the doctors.
