Dr. Kenneth Kacenga

I waited 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Kacenga and when someone finally came in it wasn't even him. While I was waiting I could hear the nurse and another woman talking in the hallway you could tell she had no idea what she was suppose to be seeing me for. The woman was very cold seemed to have no interest in helping me with my problem and told me to quit smoking.She took a skin sample but never did explain when or how to recieve my results.The nurse came back gave me a prescription and a brief and I mean brief overview how to use the medication. After three weeks I had to call and the receptionist had no record of my results and promised I would get a call back from a nurse. At the end of the work day I got a call from the receptionist not a doctor or nurse confirming visual diagnoses. Stating she talked to Dr. Kacenga and he stated his findings came back the same as diagnosis at the appointment. Which I find strange since I never even saw Dr. Kacenga. My advise to anyone who goes to… this clinic demand to get answers and to see the doctor you were scheduled. Horrible experience and very unprofessional staff.

My initial consultation with Dr. Kacenga was very good. He addressed all of my concerns and put me at east. He always ordered all blood tests in order to eliminate any potential problems. However, neither he nor his staff ever follow up on patient care. When labs are ordered you have to call, or wait until your next appointment to discuss this with anyone. The wait time has been exceptionally long at times, only to be passed off on another doctor - whose bedside manner is abrupt and abrasive. The staff make it impossible to make an appointment, you have to go through the nurse in the event of complications, and she's gone as far as to ignore the doctors orders in regards to scheduling an appointment. Additionally, a nurse at his practice told me to quit my job after trying to make an appointment due to extreme back pain. Since my first appointment every visit has been short and rushed through. Dr. Kacenga himself seemed like a nice man, but completely overbooked, and he walks… around like he's constantly thinking of something else.
