I tried to get help from him for a similar issue after he did surgery for me and he pretty much blew me off since the surgery. I really needed help. I needed my doctors to believe in the symptoms I was having but he and other doctors associated with him didn’t want to seem to help me and I had to go elsewhere. Heart breaking.

Dr. Maxwell is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I was recommended to him after visiting two other ents that did not have experience with my diagnosis. Dr.Maxwell has very successfully completed a stapendectomy and implant to improve my hearing. He and the entire staff are wonderful I am filled with gratitude by their expertise and kindness. Highly recommended

After years of not being able to hear out of my left ear, I went in for an implant, I woke up and I could hear everything! It was an amazing experience. My hearing continues to be perfect, maybe better than perfect. Prior to this surgery, everyone knew they had to sit on my right side in order for me to hear them, now I can hear better out of my "new" left ear than my working right ear.

worst dr, I have seen, Order test that I did not need would not help me with my problem. I had to go somewhere else to get help. I would take a dog to him.

After 17 years of wearing hearing aids I finally met doctor Maxwell. Miracles happen, after both ears surgery I got my hearing back! Excellent doctor, recommend him to everyone who needs the same help. Thank you doctor Maxwell!

He always has a caring attitude; he is full of compassion and empthy. He seems eager to help but gives you options and makes you feel like you are part of the decision making process; he listens to me and does not make me feel rushed.

Went to Dr. Maxwell to get a second opinion, and he was able to more speficially diagnose my condition than the first ENT had done. He not only pinpointed a problem I had had for years, but hadn't not realized I suffered from, and was delighted with the diagnostic testing performed to pinpoint the problem, and the managment of the condition.
