Dr Ordene's staff is friendly and courteous especially Susan who has a wonderful demeanor and interacting with her is a pleasure.Dr Ordene communicates in a friendly and caring manner. He analyzes my reports and makes appropriate suggestions .I look forward to our continued relationship and the professional guidance he provides.

I switched to Dr. Ordene after years of diabetic frustration. Under his direction I better manage my condition with far less highs and lows through education, easier testing and medication adjustments. Staff is friendly and helpful and wait time is rarely more than a few minutes.

I have been going here for about a year. The office staff have always been friendly, i never have to wait more than a few minutes before im called in. Dr. Ordene has been very proactive and has solutions for whatever comes up. I like the printout you get with your stats and bloodwork. Great place !

Dr.Ordene, listens to all your concerns takes the time to explain and treats you with dignity .Also office staff helpful and friendly.

I have had diabetes for more than 25 years. With Dr. Ordene's guidance my latest A1C is 6.7. And I feel as physically strong as when I was first diagnosed. What makes this remarkable is I'm not always the best patient in the diet department, and Dr. Ordene is able to get me back to a good place when I wander. I am 73 years old and still able to play baseball with my grandson, thanks to my medical team especially Dr. Ordene. I have referred friends who became diabetic to him.

This facility has a very unfriendly, argumentative staff. I had an nearly emergency like situation and left a message for Doctor to call back. Received a call after about 14 hours. I had t schedule an appointment with doctor to make a complaint about this incidence. Instead of being apologetic for his staff's behavior, doctor was even worse than his staff. To further aggravate the situation he wants me to pay for this complaint-call as if it was a visit for consultation. Very UNETHICAL DOCTOR.

I have been seeing Dr. Ordene for over 10 years. He is very attentive and goes over everything. His office staff is great and tends to my needs. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving to see then doctor. Thanks for all the years. Tony Grande

Dr.Ordene may very well be sharp regarding his field of medicine but he should be after doing it so long. He treated me very poorly and he talks to the computer instead of facing me the patient. He does not trust anything I say . Its like I know nothing and he is supreme. I truly wanted to like him and I gave it my all . He confused me as I did not know what direction I was going when I left his office. I feel sorry for his staff for I know some of his behavior must be seen by them by working there.At no time did he try to explain the fundamental workings of TSH and the medulla.I was belittled and made to feel stupid.As I said prior I wanted to like him.

I don't think he actually means to be rude . What my issue with him is that he thinks he is so far better than all others.The staff is top notch. I have been to many doctors who are not compassionate thats not his problem. He is just simply brash, discourteous , tactless. I Won't be seeing him again. I feel sorry for him . Maybe he just needs to retire.
