The Tucson office has a lot of daily operation issues. The office seems to use a pre-set phone service for ODs. But, the people who staff it are poorly trained and give a bad first impression. The office staff are weak as well and not well trained in the administrative infrastructure (computer databases for example). If you make it past these levels, Dr. Snow seems to be passionate and dynamic and his assistants, competent.

Dr. Snow has many patient because he has a reputation of being a skillful eye surgeon, which I can attest to in my case. he gave me extra test to insure that the lenses used after the cataracts were removed were the ones best-fitted for my eye, which was very near-sighted. He was always courteous and friendly.

Had a procedure Cataract on my Aunts right eye she is 84year old he left part of the old lens around her eye kept saying that she need time to heal gave her 3 drops on drops needed to put in eye 6 times a day the other 3 times and she also takes 2 eye drops for her Glaucoma...after a week he informed us that he had left parts of the old cataract around her eye he then sent her to a Retina specialist and he had to preform yet another operation to clear the pieces of the old Cataract around her eye!!! It was painful and he never admitted that he left the pieces...Dr. Snow kept saying your new Cataract is doing great its healing!!! Really!!! Be Careful do your Homework Please this was an horrible experience....BE WARE

No personality. Jammed office, cheap to save him money.
