Dr. Kenneth Softness, MD

Dr. Kenneth Softness, MD, MPH, is a pediatric urologist in the Department of Urology at Boston Children’s Hospital and a clinical instructor in surgery at Harvard Medical School. He specializes in pediatric urology, with particular expertise in genitourinary reconstruction, congenital urologic conditions, minimally invasive robotic surgery, neurogenic bladder, vesicoureteral reflux, hydronephrosis, hypospadias, and transitional care for patients moving from pediatric to adult urologic services. Dr. Softness earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his urology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in pediatric urology at Boston Children’s Hospital. He also participated in the Harvard-wide Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship and pursued graduate training in public health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
