Upon entering The Friesen Center we were greeted with calm music that made this place seem so peaceful. As soon as we entered the Friesen Center we could feel the calmness and peace that resonated throughout this magical place. We were met each time at the door by Pam, Renita or Dr.Friesen and were made to feel very welcomed and at home. There is something different about this place. It allows you to feel whole again and helps bring the joy back into your life. My husband, my daughter and myself all received Ketamine treatments. I personally struggle with anxiety and depression and felt like nothing could ever help me get out of the hole I was in. When I started my treatments I was made to feel at ease and very comfortable. The atmosphere was always calm and comforting. Renita, Pam and Dr.Friesen have a special way of making you feel comfortable and always remained close by during our treatments. After our treatments we were able to discuss our experiences and share our journey. This… has been nothing but a miracle in my eyes. Ketamine has changed me as a person and brought so much hope back into my life. During my treatments I was able to deal and go through stages of grief and let go of my mothers death which I have been holding onto for 16 plus years. No meds nor therapists have been able to help like ketamine and Dr.Friesen has. I was able to connect with memories that I needed to connect with and let go of the ones that I desperately needed to. Each and every time, Dr.Friesen and Renita were by my side and took the time to help me make sense of what I experienced. This is a team of professionals that will help you rejuvenate your soul in an authentic and wholistic way. Something I have yet to see in the medical field. We drove 17 hours as a family to receive treatments and I would and will do it again to regain the light, peace and love we need to feel whole again. When I think of words to describe this office and experience I think peace, love, joy, positive energy, wholistic, magical and a place of hope. I have been a patient of Dr. Friesen for many years and, as an older patient, am grateful for the time and attention he has given me. He is kind, attentive, and on the leading edge of addressing mental, emotional, and physical problems. I feel far better than I ever dreamed I would at my age! His staff is friendly and caring and help in any way that they can.

By utilizing a patient's faithful history to his practice, the Friesens will fatten their wallet. As a physician that *understands* your health and illness, we must charge 500$ a visit. 50$ a script. Subsequent payments for xyz... All because it is within the best interest of the patient. Don't you feel better broke?

Dr. Friesen has had a profoundly positive impact on my health and well-being over the past year. After a serious medical issue 3 years ago, I struggled to regain my health physically and emotionally. Dr. Friesen was instrumental in bring me back from the edge of failing health after my previous doctor’s were unable to drive any significant improvement in my recovery. With multiple doctors (not talking to each other) involved in my treatment, and a medicine cabinet full of prescriptions, I needed one doctor to sit down with all my medical records to make sense of it all. Dr. Friesen was able to diagnose and treat me effectively… For the body, he conducted genetic testing to identify some root causes to my condition and prescribed a few meds and supplements to get me back on track. For the mind, I did Ketamine treatments which rebooted and refreshed me mentally. I placed my treatment and recovery in his hands and I’m happy to report he delivered. I fully endorse Dr.… Friesen and his practice.

First off I will say the dysport and threads they do are very well done. I got the chance to volunteer work with this company and unfortunately can not recommend it. Ketamine infusions here are $500 a pop unless you buy the package deal. There are places that are cheaper and offer tall therapy asking with it. You will not see the doctor after the initial consult because "he isn't there to cater to you". If you get an infusion anytime that may run into the 11-1 hours there will not be a doctor on site. The medical assistant that starts your IV (which as of now is Pam) will be the only one there during those hours. So if it is your first time I recommend doing an early appointment in case you have a bad reaction. They were leaving early in the afternoons as well so if you are worried there could be a problem or medical emergency go early. The MA will tell you he is there but he usually isn't which is odd because I didn't know medical assistants could start IVs without supervision but I… guess I'm wrong because they would never do anything shady right? After all they are supposed to be professionals. To the patients I had grown to love, I'm terribly sorry that you paid this year's membership fee without being told that the Chattanooga office was closing. I wish I could have told you but Renita said just to tell anyone that asked that we were opening a second location so it wouldn't make people panic. I feel like we should have told patients before they paid such a huge fee since some may not be able to travel to Dalton so to those that can't make that drive I'm sorry that you wasted that money. To the patients that would get upset when I didn't always return your call I am sorry but I was just following the rules set for me. Patients are supposed to be a priority but if you were disliked or didn't have the money for a treatment then you were bumped to the bottom of my list per instructions from the owners. Also those that call asking to speak to the doctor or his wife let me save you the time... "The front desk and medical assistant are here to be a wall and buffer between the patients and us. We should not have to deal with them. You are here to protect us from annoying patients". So from the words of the owners you won't reach them unless you are a favorite. To those who had and will have their veins stuck repeatedly by the MA because they had hard veins please forgive her Dr. Friesen yells at them if they ask him to help with an IV so don't get mad at them. To the future employees welcome to the family where everyday feels like it will be the day you are fired because of the hateful backlash you will receive. Try to endure it as long as you can. Best advice for you is to keep your head down, your mouth shut about anything shady they ask you to do (such as forging scripts, which you will do even if you have no degree), always make sure you compliment both of them daily, treat them as if they are royalty, and do not screw up ever because these people are a one time deal. You have one chance to impress them but you mess up one time and consider yourself done. After all I've seen and heard them say about patients I myself would not go there even for free.

I didn't mind when the doctor went all cash. But I learned over time that his aim was to squeeze out his more senior patients that had been seeing him for years. He did this by gradually raising his price for a consultation almost 300% over a 3 year period. For some he's okay, but not for all.

We have great confidence in Dr. Friesen. When you see him he gives you his undivided attention. He does not push the supplements but will suggest what he thinks will help. He is current and knows the best practices available. He will go out of his way to and has made a great difference to our family. You will be fortunate if you become his patient.

Dr. Kerry Friesen is a great doctor. His staff is courteous and very friendly. I have called and been helped that day. For people that is bashing the office, you need to step back and think....maybe you was giving them an attitude.

Dr. Friesen is amazing....I have been to several doctors searching for answers to my medical conditions and HE was the only doctor that spent time with me and truly listened. He asked questions I've never been asked and gave me medical care that has changed my life and the lives of my family. There is no one else I would even consider as my physician. I no longer spend time researching information about my symptoms - I'm healthy and I know if I have any questions he has the answers. He cares ! Also his office is so peaceful and welcoming and his staff is kind and eager to help.
