Do not see anyone here! Their people will have you wait an hour, let you sit in the room forever, talk down to you like you don't understand a word they are saying and basically treat you like dirt. Cynthia is the worst of all of them there! She told me to stop explaining my situation and just listen to her. I didnt know she had some sort of crystal ball that would tell her why im there if i dont. She acted like i wanted some sort of a la cart doctor and she was going to shut me down. I will not allow people to treat me like that. She doesnt have any sort of beside manner whatsoever. On top of that her staff is rude too. You can here them talking about other patients and their illnesses. Thats a direct violation of HIPPA Laws. This practice is unbelievably unprofessional and i feel bad for Nancy and Shelia the only nice people there. I have alrwady found another GP and Dr. McCarroll should be ashamed that he allows his staff to behave this way. Pathetic.

I had an appointment for lab work at 2:00 pm today. I let the office know I was there, and I have not yet been called.

This is one great reason to live in Alvin or travel here for a doctor. He definitely is not afraid of spending a half hour with you or more. Super nice, type of Doctor that knows what he is doing.

I have continually had great experiences with Dr. McCarroll. He is always on his game, and treats everyone very well. His knowledge of the human body is very impressive. He can handle the most complex cases with gentle thought, and ease.

Been seeing Dr. McC. over 10 years. Nuff said.

Good Caring Doctor. Has been my Doctor for a number of years. Listens and really shows concern about your overall health. You may have to wait to see him but he really takes time to listen to you when you see him.

Very caring Dr who has outstanding bed side manner and always puts his pt's first. His office staff is also very caring and always willing to help others in crisis. for example hurricane Katrina and Tsunami.It's so seldom to see hometown hospitality. Thank-You !
