Dr. Ketly Michel is a wonderful physician. I have been seeing her for many years and she is responsive, intelligent, and communicates well with her patients. I travel from way upstate to see her; she is that good. Highly recommend seeing this doctor who has the rare ability to actually listen to the patient as I try to explain your situation to her. She knows exactly what to do. Even my husband likes her

Completely negligent, I have been a patient for years and used to like this doctor, but this year she has been negligent with my health twice already so I'm ready to switch, I wouldn't put my health on danger. Don't want to bore anyone with my details but I had something serious that required follow up from her, she never called me, I found out from a letter from the radiologist a month later. Also when I was pregnant they mixed up the results, I received a call saying somethin was extremely low levels on my blood and I might lose the baby, this really scared me then I called back and they were so confused saying I had nothing to worry about. wait time is 2hrs She is taking way more patients than she can handle, mixing up results and also not following up on results or anything, complete waist of time

Highly disappointed. My international insurance accepted, but l wasnt accepted as a patient, reason mentioned- doctor doesnt want to accept you because you are new patient?!?!? I wasnt asked - why, what, is it urgent, history results or anything. what kind of doctors now days call them self so ?? super weird.

Dr. Michel has been my GYN for the last 20 years. She is an amazing doctor and very thorough. She calls you with your results promptly. She is very pleasant and kind. Her office staff, including Stephanie who has been with her for years, are wonderful. I am hoping Dr. Michel and her staff never retire!!!

Dr. Michel delivered my three children. I came back from living abroad to exclusively work with Dr. Michel. Her holistic family oriented approach helped ease the experience. On my last child, she communicated with my OB from Malaysia, shared vital information and ensured we were well taken care of even prior to returning to the U.S. for the delivery.
