Dr. Kettlie Joseph Daniels, MD

Obviously the one star reviews are from quite a few years ago and it’s not a true reflection of who Dr Daniel’s is. I have been a patient of hers for going on 11 years and she has been a Godsend. She is an excellent doctor who has empathy for people and makes you feel heard. She truly has saved my life! Also, the office manager for the eleven years is the nicest and very personable person I have met.

I have been seeing Dr. Daniels for at least 15 years. I have NEVER had an issue with her or the office manager. They are both always professional toward me.

Dr Daniels is just plain rude in it purely for the money then brags that she sends money overseas for whatever while I sit and can’t get the attention I need then theirs blabber mouth Jean talks bout ur personal life to others yes it did get back to me only things I told her in private wow no moral compass there

This is a very bad idea for the safety of you and your life, do not put you life in this situation. It is clear the psychiatrist has a psychiatric illness.

Absolutely, hands down, the rudest office manager (daughter of doctor), I have ever dealt with. This office is refusing to see my daughter stating that they haven’t received payment for over a year!? Now I know this is incorrect. I work for the State of Ohio and I’m certain claims are paid. This moron, of an office manager, clumps Optum Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial, into one insurance and if she knew her job she would know that there are different divisions of Optum and payments ate based on a multitude of factors. So my daughter will suffer and not be able to see her therapist because of this. They DO NOT care for their patients, only money.

Funny how there's nobody that goes here wonder y they over bill time and time again how can this place even still b there this dr with hurt. And hinder ur recovery it's a cash cow not here to help u that's for sure

Worst dr office ever

Finally a Dr. what understands, and is willing to try different things to help me!

I am giving five stars to Dr. Daniels for her professionalism, her ability to “hear” me and her kindness. She also employs the nicest administrative assistant/receptionist. I felt very comfortable in their care.

Worst office of the most unprofessional groups of women I've ever dealt with !!! Jean what a waste rude and nasty talks ur personal business to everyone and throws it in ur face wow ! How r they even aloud to say there to help u show Me the money so they can spend it in another country and Jean u should b ashamed how u treat people!
