My visit with Dr Bonner was outstanding-- 1. Efficient and thorough exam based upon presenting symptoms 2. Comes across as "genuinely personable" 3. Clearly stated course of action / follow up

The wait time was very short, l was there a half hour a head of time for x-rays. My appointment was at 10: 00 am. Dr. Bonner was on point, let me know my options. I was extremely happy with his honesty. I had some friends that said he was the doctor too see and, they were correct. I was back in my car by 10:05 with all my questions answered.

The check-in process was easy and streamlined at a kiosk and once completed I was able to just have a seat in the lobby. I arrived about 20 minutes early and I was called back before my actual appointment time. I had my X-rays done first within just a few minutes and was escorted to the exam room. I only had to wait a couple minutes before the trainer Allison came in and did some preliminary questions and range of motion tests. Dr. Bonner was in the room shortly after. He was friendly and professional. He told me what he thought was the issue, gave a plan of care and I received a steroid shot before I left. He answered my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I stopped at the desk to schedule a follow up appointment and was finished just 15 minutes after my original appointment time. Very well run practice. I would highly recommend.
