Worst experience ever & a little over a year later, I still cannot see anything close up!! I was supposed to have been at my appointment at 9am & didn't even get called back until right around 5pm, had not eaten anything from midnight the night before & I couldn't even drink water. First off, he never really explained everything thoroughly or I'd never had this done. He never told me if I chose to see far off, I wouldn't be able to see ANYTHING close up!! I work for a newspaper & that's kinda important!! Never been so frustrated in my life, called over there several times & they wouldn't even schedule me an appointment, said my doctor would let them know if they felt I needed one!!! They're sure not much on care of their patients after the surgery!! I highly don't recommend them & I usually don't do reviews but after trying several unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment, I feel this is the only way to get my point across!! Over a year later, I still can't see anything up close, my… optometrist is working very hard to get this issue resolved. If he hadn't rushed me in & out like cattle, I wouldn't be in this predicament right now anyway & when I have this eye redone, it sure won't be from here!!!! he didn't even tell me I could have the option of having one close up & one far off, that's what I'm trying now with a contact!!! After they get your surgery done & your money, they don't care if they ever see you again, meanwhile, you can't see crap!!!!!!

Dr Croft & his office staff are the absolute best. My husband & I both go to Dr Croft for all of eye care needs. I have had cataract surgery & I couldn't have had a better experience. Professional, caring & honest.

Horrible results from upper eyelid surgery, worst of which is he removed too much skin and now my eyelids don't stay closed at night. My eyes dry out and are very painful during the day. Eye drops aren't helping, and he said if not better 6 months from surgery, I would need skin grafts on my eyelids. The incisions are jagged, crooked, and the suturing horrible, leaving big holes and bumps along the scar. I regret trusting him, after he assured me 3 times that he'd done thousands of these, and measured twice before he cut. What a mess. Find a different doctor.

When you book appointments better be prepared to wait...I have waited three hours to see this doctor. He is a great doctor but know nothing about the value of patients time.

I have been waitin three months for my next appointment. I will cancel and go somewhere else.

Dr Croft is very professional and also very down to earth. He spends time explaining so the patient understands the diagnosis and treatment. He took excellent care of my Mother. Thank you

Dr. Kevin Croft saved my eye 20 years ago when I was a very young child. After being repeatedly misdiagnosed by our pediatrician for weeks, we were referred to Dr. Kevin Croft. I was nearly blind at this point and in excruciating pain for weeks. Dr. Croft knew what was wrong within a couple minutes of walking into his office; I had an ulcer destroying my eye. He also knew that my parents couldn't afford the medicine I needed. Instead of sending me away untreated, he made sure I had plenty of medicine to get well and saw me regularly to check on my eye. I was about only 7 years old and remember being so scared about the ordeal, but Dr. Croft always treated me like I was one of his own children and not "just another patient". I cannot speak highly enough about this man, as my vocabulary simply isn't that extensive. Just take my word, he's the best of the best.

Very straight forward about you eyes and what needs to be done with them. Dr. Croft has a very good relationship with patients.

I was completely kidding about my last comment. This man is a very good doctor and friend of mine. I was only trying to get his goat. Sorry for the rudeness on the website. I recommend Dr. Croft to anyone in the area. Thanks. :)
