Can't believe how he treats his elderly patients! He had a 90 year old diabetic patient wait over 2 hours in pre-op before doing her surgery. No explanation was given. Unacceptable! He is not a god and should treat people with more courtesy and respect! His actions border medical negligence as the patient became very dehydrated and disoriented as a result. He refuses to talk to the patient's face despite them being hard of hearing and instead mumbles behind their back. As others have said very arrogant!

Thank you for a successful surgery Dr. Khetpal, I have been told that I had the lowest vision in most dr’s offices since I was a child. After being referred to you by another ophthalmologist, I have NOT been disappointed in my treatment that I have received from you. You were able to discern what vision/lens I would need implanted on the first try. (Way to GO) and even after the surgery, completed my follow up same day to save me a long trip from out of town. I appreciate the eye drop prescriptions that were of responsible price and you sharing the treatment plan to strengthen the eye to maintain my new vision. I know that due to the nature of your work that you are forever busy, but your attention to detail, concise explanations and successful outcomes far outweigh the brevity that you must operate in to meet your MANY patience needs. Very professional and gave me lots of information after tests to help me understand my macular degeneration. Not a long wait time and staff very comfortable and friendly and efficient. Good experience.

I have never experienced the total package in a doctor as I have with Dr Khetpal. He is extremely nice with the greatest bedside manner, as knowledgeable and intelligent as they come, explains everything very clearly and in detail while allowing me to ask questions and will stick around until all of my questions are answered, and he follows up with me to ensure everything is on point and going as planned. I was diagnosed with CNVM and prior to final diagnosis he pegged it as that immediately upon arrival at my first appointment. I was very scared and couldn't see. He worked me into his schedule, quickly diagnosed my problem, explained the available solutions, calmed my fears, and after leaving that first appointment I knew the long term prognosis and understood my treatment plans. His staff is great. He is far and away the greatest doctor I have ever seen, of any kind. I highly recommend Dr. Khetpal and drive an hour one way to see him, and would go farther if necessary. He's… the best!
