Dr. Butler has awesome bedside manner. I come in for yearly visits and have seen several doctors in this practice over the years. I absolutley love the new Plano office!!! Much closer to my home. I was so impressed when the assistant Kandace recognized me by name at my appointment. She is caring and takes attention to detail. Her and Dr. Butler made my day this week!

I am very very happy with Dr. Butler and recommend her highly. She removed cataracts from both eyes and restored my sight. She is very personable, kind and caring.

I bring my mother in to see Dr. Butler every few months. She has dementia and is going downhill but Dr. Butler always makes sure she spends time answering her questions (most of them multiple times). She is so kind and treats my mom like a normal fully functioning patient. The nurse Kandace who comes in the room a lot is so charismatic and always smiling. She always greets my mom and comments on how nice she looks and my mom loves seeing her. Great job Dr. Butler and Kandace and frankly all the staff at glaucoma associates for making my mom always feel comfortable even on her bad days. You guys rock.

I absolutely love the lady at the front. I think her name is Sam C. I remember her from the last time I was there: so sweet, professional, and genuine. She will make you want to come back. I was not impressed with Trish. She wasn't patient. She was cold. Dealing with losing your vision isn't easy, but she was not gentle at all. I would have much rather dealt with Ms. Sam all the way through until getting to Dr. Butler who was also very sweet.
