I am another EYE SURGEON, and my office is also in Richardson, I also performed eyelid plastic surgery for years. In the last 14 years, I have only done Flapless LASIK or No Cut LASIK. It was too much for me to continue Lid plastic surgery. My patients still call me and send me referrals for eyelid surgery. About 7 years ago I had Dr. Co ask me to do the No Cut LASIK on her son's eyes. Over the years, I realized Dr. Co does a lot of eyelid plastic surgery and cosmetic injections. After seeing her new fantastic state-of-the-art Radio machine, I realized she has been doing many cases with excellent results. So I referred to her a good family friend who was looking for upper-lid plastic surgery to Dr. Co. Two weeks after his procedure, I asked the patient to come to my office to see his results. I was very impressed with how she had done the surgery! Considering that I used to fix plastic surgeons' work and I am picky, her job was one of the best I have seen. On a different note and… different surgical tools, her new Radio machine may be the final machine in cosmetic surgery; I always knew this machine would someday be built. It does not have the invasiveness of other machines and the results are delivered exactly at the area they need to rejuvenate at the lower levels. I had a Fraxel laser when it came to market years ago and we even did it on my brother's face; Dr. Co's new machine is significantly better in my opinion. I will schedule my own procedure with that machine as soon as my workload is reduced. She has already done this on my Staff and has seen the results as well, No scarring and massive rejuvenation! I also met the rep for the machine and learned a little about it, in my opinion, this will replace much more invasive cutting procedures.

This was the worst experience I had by far. Dr. Co was not a friendly person. She gave me an attitude when I asked more questions and told me to GOOGLE if I want to understand better. It was clear she wanted to move onto other patients while I was running through my questions. Her professional behavior was the final breaking point, I will never return to her office again. I would recommend not seeing Dr. Co if you wish to have a good Ophthalmologist experience and service.

Dr. Co has been our doctor for over 7 years now. My husband and I moved to California, but we still come to see her once a year for our annual check up and surgery. We also have doctors that we see locally for minor check-up or emergency. I like the new technologies that she uses to measure our eye pressure, over all testing procedures for the eye reflection and so forth which we did not find them at our doctor office here in CA. The staff are friendly and sweet. I never have to wait long and the paperwork are all taking care of. Recently, Dr. Co performed the cataract surgery for me. I also had the permanent lenses implanted. We have office in Dallas, so we worked there for 2 weeks, while i had my surgery done. When I was at the surgery center, the nurses there were nice and we chat a little bit. Before I knew it, the surgery was completed. I asked the nurse, did i have the surgery? They all smiled and said yes, you did and it went very well. I was amazed with… the procedure and shocked to realize how bad my eye sights were. I could not believe how much I can see now and how clear they are. Now I can drive at dawn, dusk and night for the first time in 10 years. I can read, work with my computer without glasses. After the surgery, Dr. Co called and asked how I was doing. She was very kind and nice. I was a little emotional and very appreciative of her effort. Thanks to Dr. Co, since i had this surgery, not only I can see much better, but my headace is also gone.

Dr. Co is an excellent Opthamologist. We have been her patient for many years. My elderly mother was her patient first and then my husband and myself. She is up-to-date on all the current technologies. She performed cataract surgery on myself and my husband with excellent results. There were no problems at the time or now, years later. She was very good at explaining the procedure and following up after. She is caring and passionate about her patients. She has a very friendly and has very courteous staff. I highly recommend her.

She did a minor unnecessary cataract surgery and my vision has never been the same....MUCH WORSE. Two other Opthamologist have reviewed her blinding, substandard work and today, because I refused to pay for a test in her office that SHE NEEDED TO VALIDATE HER BOTCHED JOB...I was refused service. I was her patient for seven years....she needs to be disbarred, lose her licence and her business shut down. What is YOUR VISION WORTH TO YOU? My attorney says mine is worth over $500 million dollars...I'm only 50 with no vision issues until she touched me....and it can be documented.

I had my second visit with the top opthomologist Dr. jacquiline Co, MD who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The staff is great and very helpful. I would highly recommend visiting her if you are looking for an eye doctor. I had my eyes checked and she sat with me and explained what is going on clearly.

After cataract surgery, now have halos around lights even in day time and much worse at night. Now have cloudy vision. Dr. did not seem to agree to what I was telling her and referred me to the lens mfg. Short, frustrated and not interested. Poor attitude.

I and my family have been a patient of Dr.Co for many years. She performed cataract surgery on my husband with the latest multifocal Restore implant. Her bedside manner is great and take time to answer any questions regarding the surgery. My husband is so happy his vision and had recommended Dr Co to all of his coworker. She is an excellent surgeon when come to eyes and vision. I would not hesitiated to recommend her to my friend and relative.
