Dr Cronin was very professional, caring and helpful explaining the realistic approach of the diagnosis and treatment. But the receptionist was very impersonal, rude and careless. Overall I was satisfied because of the physician care. Thank you.

Dr. Cronin is an excellent surgeon. He is personable and takes time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. I have found his staff to be efficient and friendly and return calls quickly. My only complaint is that parking at the Sun City FOI office location is woefully inadequate. At my most recent appointment, I spent 10 minutes driving around waiting for a space to open, eventually opting to park at the office center next door and walk rather than compete with the other 5 drivers who were also looking for a space. My appointment was mid morning so not sure if this problem is due to the time of day or over scheduling, but it hasn’t been an issue before my last 2 appointments. Next time I have to use that location I will request a first appointment of the day!

Apt times are always pretty close to time. X-ray tech was very nice and helpful today. Dr Cronin was very personable and kind. Explained X-rays and choices I had. I chose injections. Dr Cronin gave the injection himself and did so with great precision and kindness. Today’s injections were some of the easiest to take that I have been given. He took great care to use the numbing spray and plenty of it. Great visit !

Dr. Cronin is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He is professional,great bedside manner, explains any procedure in detail,answers all questions to the clienrs satisfaction. I especially appreciated that my appointments were never rushed. A wonderful surgeon. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

I saw Dr. Cronin yesterday. He’s an excellent doctor and surgeon. Great bedside manner, always answers all my questions. I write me questions on paper, we discuss them and he writes the final answer next to my question. I recommend him to anyone having shoulder, elbow or arm pain. He did a reverse total shoulder replacement on my left shoulder and we’ll be doing a right shoulder replacement on my right shoulder.

Truly cares for his patient. Listens to all concerns and explains all options.
