Absolutely the best orthopedic surgeon. I moved to Tampa but still only go to Dr Nematbakhsh...#1 fan

Something must be wrong with this doctor now, perhaps overworked or too many patients. He attended to my Mother on a recent fracture and he called once for 1 minute as a follow up days after her scans. He rushed me and said he was between surgeries. When I tried to call back to ask additional questions his office refused and they forced a follow up appt. I guess it's all about money. During the appt he refused to answer questions and said he had already discussed 3x but I never had heard from him aside from the 1 minute call. He became belligerent and rude beyond any doctor I've ever worked with. My guess is he is either too busy to care or remember or maybe something is wrong with him. I don't recommend him due to his lack of bedside manner and follow up.

This so called Dr. should have his licence revoked. Here is the story Back in 2013 I had an MRI done at his office and it showed I have two bulging discs, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, active annular tear, compression fracture, immaculate disc degeneration and severe arthritis. so a few days latter I went for my follow up and saw his nurse practitioner who confirmed the problems. I asked about having a letter for disability and she told me the Dr. doesn't do disability cases and that but I would get a copy of the Dr.s report. So when I got the report it was the complete opposite of the facts, stating there was nothing wrong with me. So I wrote a letter to have my report corrected and took it to his office and they stamped it and submitted it. I made an appointment to see the nurse that told me the problems and up to this point I had never laid eyes on the Dr. He walks in the room waving his hands and says you need to lose 150 pounds and quite smoking (5 years quite now..broke)… then tells me If I had bulging disc, spinal stenosis exc.. that would be something ,but you don't have any of those. I said your report says I have all of them plus, and he would NOT even look at the report, saying I know what the report says and you don't have any of those conditions, and if I did't like it to get a second opinion. and then tells to make another appointment on my way out, Ya right! So the day of my disability hearing I didn't even get to sit down and the judge tells me "Your Dr. says there's nothing wrong with you. and I was denied disability not once but 3 times because of this quacks lies, well for a Dr. that doesn't do disability, he made sure to send a letter to disability of nothing but lies. Now thanks to his report, I'm homeless and have more problems then ever and no way to get treatment. I would never go to this Dr if I were you. Another thing, I bet they will not post this review, but I have ALL the documentation to prove it.

I have no problems at all and I highly recommend Pinellas Medical Associates.

Came to Dr. N for a very bad back. He is very good at his job. I only trust him to do any spine surgery in the future I need. He is professional and he makes miracles happen when he does surgery. Thank you Dr. N your a wonderful doctor. Keep up the good work. V. Domino

Dr. N was very observant and picked on a couple of issues I didn't expect him to ask. It had nothing to do with his specialty. I appreciated his concern. First Dr. to show me my x-rays and MRI. I Have the surgery scheduled? I will post again. Staff seems very friendly.

was less concerned about my pain, did not receive any pain medication from this doctor, was in horrible pain for six months due to disk degenerative disease (2 disc hernation) and very painful left arm, the staff was terrible as well, was on hold several times and had no choice but to leave msg on answering machine. I would not recommend anyone going there. How can u go to physical therapy when u are in pain., don't u need pain medications for that? lol

I really appreciated the caring service I received from Dr A , he was very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me regarding my issues. Showed me my reports and explained them step by step before giving me his expert opinion. I’d definitely recommend him !

bedside manners are terriable. has major attitude. Should not be a doctor!!
