Dr. Kevin Gaffney, MD

I would not recommend Dr Gaffney. He is very indifferent, arrogant and unsympathetic.

Dr. Gaffney is a great doctor.

Has had no compassion for my mother with late stage dementia or for my step-father who cares for her. He does not return calls and has no back-up for when he is not available. So unprofessional!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 14 years ago. I don't think Gaffney knows squat about this dicease. Not very sympathetic or helpful.

I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Gaffney and his whole staff - all were courteous, prompt and professional. I liked everything about my first visit.

I had an appointment with Dr. Gaffney to have botox injections for my medical condition. After waiting a month and a half to have the injections his office called me 3 days before my appt letting me know that my medication had been denied by my insurance company. His office waited until the last minute to pre-certify the medication and now they instructed me to find someone else or show up with $800 to pay for the botox out of pocket. His office should have let me know this much sooner than 3 days before my appointment. Now I have to wait three months to get an appointment with another doctor. Very poor office staff.

Front office was very unfriendly and I felt then doctor was quick to judge. When calling to speak to doctor about meds prescribed after the visit, the nurse was rude, not helpful and would not let me speak to the doctor. I do not recommend this office and left feeling I had not gotten my money's worth.

He didn't answer the questions I had for him. Spent the entire appointment staring at his computer screen.

I've never been to a doctor who cared less or listened to me less. Indifferent and arrogant.

Not a doctor concerned with his patient's health. Completely indifferent! A call to his office with concern from a reaction to the medicine he prescribed resulted in him telling us to go to our family doctor if we were concerned! His next statement was to say that we had used up our last free call (it was the second one) and if we had any other issues, make an appointment! I've never known of a doctor so obviously in it for the money! It took four months to get an appointment and one week to find a new one!
