Dr. Germino Has been the most caring doctor. He and his team are really great at communication through my chart. The last time we were in for illness, myself, and the team communicated throughout the day to ensure the best treatment, and they cared about progression of symptoms Instead of just asking me to wait it out . We will be Patients of Dr. Germino as long as we can

Zane did not have a scheduled appointment (I thought I scheduled along with his brother's), however, Dr. Germino was open to seeing him given we were the last appointment of the day. Both the PA and Dr. Germino listened intently on my boys' concerns related to completion of the student athlete physical. They answered the questions they had, and Dr. Germino has also done a phenomenal job of informing us of options. The staff is always great, but Dr. Germino stands out.

We've been going to this office for the past two years and this was my first in person experience with Dr. Germino, while he was kind to my son, he was unkind to me from the moment he walked into the room. I have had to call the on call service at night and he has responded and is always very rude when he speaks to me. I called about my son's fevers and not being able to control them very well, he did tell me I could go up on his dosage, but cut me off as I was explaining the situation and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. We then had to go into the doctors office the following day, when Dr. Germino walked in, he did not say hello and gave me a very strange look. I know he doesn't care for me as I don't care for him either, but he should work on his bedside manners with a parent and be professional. He did not introduce himself or say hello, until I said "good morning to him." All in all my son did get the assessment he needed, but I will not be going back to see him or if I… have to call at night and he is on, I will just have my husband speak with him. I was disappointed with his lack of professionalism with me.
