Dr. Kevin Joseph Mcrae, MD

Went in for annual check up, Dr. McRea ordered lab work. The lab work came to over $1000, I found out in talking to my insurance agency that the procedure code they submitted for the lab work were incorrect and my insurance would not cover it. My insurance agent contacted the doctors office 3 time but never got any results. I called over 10 times and ended up taking half a day off work to got to the doctors office to get the correct codes submitter. I received the correct codes from my insurance agent and all they had to do is resubmit the claim with the correct information. I tried to resolve this for 2 months and still no results. Not only did they never called my insurance agent back they also never returned my call. When you call you speak to the office manager Casandra the Nikia the receptionist either takes your number, forwards you to Casandra's voice mail or says she will have her call... I never received a call. I also never received a call regarding my test results! Worst… Doctors Office Experience EVER! These bill are now past due so I will have to pay them because I can't afford a bad credit rating! Shame on you!!!!!!!!
