Dr. Plumley is a fine doctor. I visited him with the problem of reaction to a prescription that another doctor had prescribed. He knew what to do immediately and I left his office feeling like a new man. He is quick and very perceptive and I would highly recommend him.

I recently had the good fortune to meet & be treated by Dr. Kevin Plumley at the Kaiser Permanente West LA facility in Urgent Care. I was so impressed by his comprehensive knowledge and diagnosis. He is a vey patient doctor with a sincere and caring demeanor. Dr. Plumley took the time to explain in detail my medical situation dealing with a respiratory/ear problem. The prescribed treatment & follow-up care made me feel very confident that I was in the best of hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Plumley if you are looking for the highest quality of care!! Dr. Plumley was working Kaiser urgent care yesterday when I came in with breathing issues. Without detailing all of what occurred, I have to say this has been my best experience with a physician ever. He listened, first and foremost. Asked lots of questions. Answered any question I had. Asked me if I knew how to get to xray and the lab and walked me out of the room and showed me where they were. The results came back and everything was fine. But later in the night, he called me and said the radiologist saw something on the xray and they wanted a quick follow up. Dr. Plumley immediately scheduled me for a CT this morning...I sent him a message when I was done with the scan and within an hour he sent me a message with the results. From start to finish, this doctor cared not only about being a doctor, but about me as his patient. He had never met me before, didn't know me at all and was working in the urgent care, which usually is the place where the doctors just prescribe… something and send you on your way. He took it upon himself to go the extra mile. I can't say enough great things about the last 24 hour experience, despite the health scare I had.
