I personally had a great experience with Dr. Reilly.

This doctor is a barbarian. I was not expecting one week worth of postoperative pain medication for a total knee replacement. His rude dismissive demeanor along with his unwillingness to treat pain demonstrates the value he places on his patients. The lack of empathy demonstrates who he is as a human being. Do yourself a favor…. find a doctor who is competent. Side note…. I bet the Bengals players get pain meds after their surgeries. He may even have a decent bedside manner with them.

Not for the tender-hearted. His tough demeanor and tendency to cut one off in mid-sentence does not lend itself to effective communication. I felt crushed and tossed to the curb. He should consider being a mechanic so he can deal with the parts and avoid the human element.

I really liked this doctor. He's very direct and to the point. When I had questions, he pulled up my scans and explained everything to me. I was concerned that by going to a surgeon he would automatically want to do surgery. He recommended alternatives, and suggested we try those first. He then preformed the treatment right then instead of making me come back.

Was late for an appointment which I do understand. I am very understanding that other patients may need more time or perhaps he was at the hospital that day. What I do not appreciate or understand is being rushed because he is coming in behind. I also do not appreciate how rough he was with my daughter last week. She was in tears and he made a few snide comments as if he was offended she was still in some pain. We will seek treatment elsewhere. Please learn some bedside manners. You can be the best MD in the world, but remembering that you too may need help and compassion one day... would go a long way.

He is a poor doctor works only for worker comp.

Nothing pushy about Dr Reilly and I appreciate that. He takes his time, answers my questions, gives his opinion and makes suggestions. There is no pressure to act immediately and I have every confidence in his ability to provide excellent care if I need anything beyond maintenance. Hope he will still be available when I need to make the "big decision".
