Dr. Kevin Alan Waits, DO

My Doctor went on vacation the week I had my son so Dr. Waits delivered him, and he was a great doctor. Very polite, he came back the next day to check on me, making sure everything was going well. I had a great experience with him. Also further exams, he always explained everything to you, in detail. Great doctor!

I need to get a few things off of my chest about the Doctor Kevin Waits, who works not at the Greenville Rancheria office in Red Bluff, California. Today was my second appointment to see Mr. Waits, and this was my fourth attempt to be seen by him. I have been into the office to see a couple of other doctors and the results are almost always the same. You are told not asked, to arrive fifteen to thirty minutes early for your appointment so you can check in. I do as TOLD, each time and I end up having to wait and hour or an hour and fifteen minutes. No explanation given, not even when you walk up to the front desk and ask if the doctor is running late or has something happened and he has been called away. I finally got in after the one hour an fifteen minute wait. Tried to give Kevin Waits a piece of paper that had everything written down that I wanted to discuss with him. He looked at the paper and asked why would he want it. Told me to just start talking. I said, how about you… use this to enter the data into the computer so that all of the information would be put into my chart, he said no, he would not need to do that. I started an he told me that he would like to explain to me how OBAMACARE is run. I told him that i was there to discuss my medication refills and two diseases. First, I have been trying for three weeks to get two prescriptions refilled. Raley's has been faxing Greenville my refill request for three weeks and not getting any responses. I had been calling every two days and asking that my refills be sent back to Raley's and to let them know that Raley's is and has been trying to contact them. On the third week of calling Greenville, I was finally able to talk to Mr. Waits Medical Assistant who informed me that the office has not recieved one fax from Raley's. I told here that I had photocopies of each one of the fax's with me and that I could PROVE to her that they have been trying to fax them over.. I was told, " well you need to make an appointment and come in to see DR. Waits, so that he can talk to you first.. WHY would I need to come in to see the doctor? One of the prescriptions was out of refills and the other still had 9 refills left on it. She said I have no answer for you, but its best that you come in". I was trying to get the doctor to talk to me about my back trouble, and my IBD. I need help with the back pain, and my last doctor(DR.SAINI) didn't believe in pain medication. I need to be seen by a Gastroenterologist and I need help with my back. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD BE CALLING ME BACK IF HE COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THE IBD. I asked him to give me a FIT test (stool test) and I could take it home and do it myself. He told me had no idea what the FIT test was. I explained to him what it was and he said he had no idea about that type of test and they did not do them at this facility. IF I was you, I would not walk into this facility. I would run and run quickly and find someone else to try and help you. Your time is too important to sit around and wait and wait on the Greenville Rancheria to try and help you. Sincerely, Concerned and Timed Out

this guy is a cold hearted ...rude...obnoxious money grubber! He wanted to do a test it out surgery ..one which was unnecessary and would only prolong the real issue! He yelled at me for getting a referral from and I quote NOT A REAL DOCTOR!!" HE SNATCHED MY PAPERS OUT OF MY HAND ! HE LIED ABOUT NOT GETTING MY ULTRASOUND AND BLOOD RESULTS!! HE MADE ME CRY!! I CANCELLED MY NEXT DAY NON NECESSARY SURGERY AND TURNED HIM IN TO THE BIG WIGS WHO OBVIOUSLY DID NOTHING!!! NO SANCTIONS ON HIS RECORD!! AS I WAS AT MY OTHER APPOINTMENT TO GET A NEW REFFERAL I HEARD HIM SCREAMING AT SAID BIG WIG ON THE PHONE !! AND I WAS CLEAR DOWN THE HALL!! PLEASE ..PLEASE..SPARE YOURSELF!! DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! I WENT TO DR.NIESIS ...HE WAS AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH...

Had a very good experience with Dr. Kevin Waits the two times I've been to see him. He attended to my GYN needs and even helped me with a medical concern that was non-GYN related. I'm sorry he is no longer doing OB care as I would have liked him to deliver my baby when I do decide to have one.

Dr. Waits is highly prepared and knowledgeable. I trust him very much. He delivered all my babies. Although, it does not show in the surface, he is very compassionate.

I was 12 weeks prego wen i i got the news that the fetus was dead it was my first pregnency n here comes Kevin A. Waits, D.O. Saying ur baby is dead u need to take the thing out becase i am not comming at 3 am to the hospital to u bleeding he did not care how i felt n so rude he said go back to work its nothin important that u had to miss work red bluff needs better docs i had too go to redding to fine a good doc

I loved the nurses and staff. Dr. Kevin Waits on the other hand is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He spent no time with me, did not take me seriously, and the two times I went to see him he left the appointment abruptly. Both times I left his office feeling very frustrated and was in tears. I would never recomend this ignorant, rude, sorry excuse of a doctor.

The nurse was cold and rude. She made me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Waits was kind and had a good bedside manner, but because of the experience with the nurse, I will not be returning for my pre-natal care. The exam room was also not clean enough.

I am not one for choosing male doctors. But when i went to see Dr. Kevin Waits, I was very impressed. He was friendly, and comfortable to be around. Made me feel at home. The nurses and staff were incredibly generous and kind as well. All met my expectations, witch are very high. Clean environment, very secure, very home like and legit. Ill be choosing Dr. K waits as my OBGYN next time also. He is kind, comforting, makes you feel important, he smiles, and overall I recommend him to all my friends. And so far, They love him :]]

Dr. Waits is friendly. He seems to rush through appointments. All labs and sonograms are done outside the office. Delivery went fine, although used suction when unnecessary. Didn't do routine internal postnatal exam even after bleeding for 15 weeks, had to finally insist on one. After iron pills ran out, never tested to see if I was still anemic. Staff at Greenville Rancheria is very rude. Waited over an hour for most of my visits.
