This is probably one of the worst doctor's office I have visit in a long time the staff there is not helpful in any way that don't know how to call in a prescription to save some one's life. they don't returned any phones call just terrible patient service please be aware!!!

This office is dishonest. If you are a cash pay client they will tell you a discounted price to come in, then turn around and bill double the price of the discounted amount. When you ask why you are being billed when you already paid the discounted price, they will tell you they are billing you the difference. However the difference from the discounted price is never discussed. Beware as they do this on purpose to get you in the door and then make it so you have to pay an additional amount to prevent going collections.

I have been to many doctors and finally found one that cares and has helped me.

Dr. Xie took over the practice of Dr. Bangalore. I had discussed a VNS procedure with Dr. Bangalore and wanted to now talk about the relative merits of VNS and RNS. "One goes here. The other one goes here." Then more questions from me. "You can get one, you can get the other, you can get both." After repeated efforts to have an intelligent conversation with him, I only learned one thing that I did not know when I went in: I need another doctor.

Dr. Xie is an awesome doctor. He takes the time to make sure you not only understand the diagnoses but answers all question you may have. He is a very caring Doctor.

Dr Xie was very professional, compassionate, and listened. I would recommend him to anyone.
