Dr. Khaled Chan, MD

Dr. Chan was my wife's doctor at HB Hospital. She has a pre-existing neurological condition that was NOT the problem, but Dr. Chan seemed to disagree, even after being told repeatedly that her specialist insisted her condition could not advance this quickly. She received terrible care over a two-and-a-half-week period, and was discharged into HOSPICE care to die. I took her to her specialist, who immediately admitted her to UCI. After six days she was transferred to a nursing facility for physical therapy, and two weeks later came home healthy. Had I left her under Dr. Chan's "treatment" plan she'd be dead. A simple consult with my wife's specialist would have saved weeks of misery. He was so sure of himself he couldn't be bothered to get an expert's opinion. I advise everyone I meet to avoid Dr. Chan and HB Hospital, where he is Chief of Staff. Unbelievable.

Met Dr. Chan at the hospital while he was treating my husband. My husband and I were very pleased with the care and bed side manner Dr. Chan demonstrated. I called his office to make an appointment for myself, the receptionist left me on hold for quite sometime. Called back to be transferred to an associate that never answered. Called back again, the receptionist told me he is NOT seeing Internal Medicine patients at this time?????? I read "Internal Medicine / Westminister, CA" Dr. Chan, you need to evaluate your receptionist. Bad for business......

Best doctor with great experience and bedside manner that I have never seen. He treated my mom and followed up her status daily while making necessary treatment adjustments. Under his care, my mom recovered speedily. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to be your doctor.

Dr Chan is one of the finest Physicians I have ever seen. He treats you like an adult , he does not talk down to you nor above you.He listens to you and explains to you what the problem is and how and why he is treating the condition you have. I am more than happy with him a breath of fresh air to the Medical Profession
