Avoid Khalida Pathan as your palliative care physician if you can. When it comes to terminal illness and palliative care, a timely response is very important as every second counts. Dr. Pathan and her “office” would not respond for DAYS at a time. Her “office” consists of her rude husband that answers the phones and is not trained in customer service nor how to interact with grieving family members. She is also not familiar with what an FMLA leave is and refuses to fill out the form! ?

I unfortunately encountered a rude and indifferent office manager when attempting to make first appointment. I changed primary care doctors after hanging up the phone, which is a shame as I've heard good things about her and was looking forward to meeting her.
