Dr. Nguyen has been treating us for the past few months and I cannot recommend her more highly. We were very overwhelmed and scared and she has calmly and professionally walked with us through this entire process. She is open and supportive and I can tell takes the time to really work with each patient on an individual basis to come up with a plan for them. I immediately felt like we were in the right place.

Dr. Nguyen is so compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about her field! She spends time explaining everything and makes sure all your questions are answered before you leave her office. And she is straight forward about everything. I felt so comfortable with her after the first office visit, having had a different experience at another facility. My husband and I can't say enough about the treatment and hope we received at Shady Grove. Dr. Nguygen was open, honest, and extremely positive. We attempted two IUIs, and two IVFs with remarkably bad outcomes. We were facing a harsh reality, but Dr. Nguyen encouraged us to keep our faith and allowed us to attempt a 3rd IUI. Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable in infertility. She is very patient in answering questions and explaining the process. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nguyen, who also helped us become pregnant with our first child. It was hard to leave her practice as we "graduated" to seeing an OB/GYN for the remainder of my pregnancy because she honestly made us feel like family. I was recommended to her by a friend and would recommend her to anyone else seeking infertility help.

Dr. Nguyen and all the staff made us feel like part of their family. At our initial consult, Dr. Nguyen reviewed our information in detail and suggested a plan tailored for my husband and I. She clearly had a strong grasp of the available options, and those that were the best fit for us. All the while, we also felt like we were part of the conversation of developing our plan. Dr. Nguyen was always very kind and helpful in answering all of my questions, too. I always felt like I had valid concerns, and she was very reassuring. We're currently a few weeks from our due date, and we still feel like family when we stop by their office.
