Dr. Ki Soo Jung, MD

Dr Jung has been following my Mom since she had her stroke over 5 years ago. She has since been diagnosed with mild vascular dementia. He is really an expert in neurology and knows his stuff. But additionally we’ve continued to see him because he practices as a human. What I mean by that is he sees her as a person and has always shown compassion from day one, included my sister and I in her treatment, and ensures my mom has all the information she needs to make the best decisions for her. The building where the office is located has wheelchairs and an elevator which is very helpful for appointments. There’s a general front desk area when you enter and his office is on the second floor. We never have to wait long. His schedule does stay full though so if you have to reschedule an appointment it’s hard to get in quickly but his staff will work to make it happen. Love Dr Jung and highly recommend him!

I have seen Dr. Jung for years and appreciate his patience and thorough explanation with ever question and concern that I have. I always leave well informed and pleased with my game plan for health care and trust his opinion and expertise. Highly recommend he and his staff.

Dr. Jung is an outstanding neurologist who views all aspects of my health. He has offered much advice over the years and I trust him totally.

Dr. Jung provide me with excellent care. He listened carefully to my questions and gave thorough, understandable answers. My email questions were answered in a timely manner as well as any questions I telephoned with. Dr. Jung caught a medical problem that another doctor (not at this practice) was dismissive of. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jung is an excellent physician. He treated my mother with such kindness, respect and took the time to explain her condition and possible next steps. What was most impressive is his comprehensive response to my follow up email in my elderly mother’s behalf. Dr. Jung sent a detailed written response that answered all of her questions and provided concrete next steps to address her medical concerns. He went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Dr. Jung should be commended and his approach should be used as an example of what it means and more importantly looks like to provide “Remarkable” care.

He is only nice to you in person but behind the scenes when consulting with other doctors beware.

Left office in tears... Told me I was overthinking things and wasn't trying hard enough on exam... I told him that's why I was there... Weakness and vision loss was why I was referred. Never followed up. After appointment went to optometrist he told me I had transient vision loss and wanted to send me back due to his concern. I will not go back to him. Have appointment Monday with another doctor. Hopefully I can get some answers. Do not recommend him at all.

Had MRI,office called with the same results that I received on my chart. DIdn't understand anything and office staff couldn't explain anything. Was then told to see a spine surgeon. I asked to have someone call me before the upcoming appointment 1 week later. No one did, so I showed up for appt. for an emg. I waited about 25 mins. Before I was told he was just starting with the appt. before me which would take 30 mins. I left to drive husband home so he could go to work and returned with my car only to be told that I didn't need this test now. Now suppose to followup with surgeon. Very disappointed, this Dr. Gave me no explanation of the MRI results and what it meant or what he thought. Just moved me to another specialist. Very poor office staff. Watched receptionist putting people on hold while she was leaving her desk to put lipstick on. Appointments made too close to one another. Horrible experience with still no results of what's going on.

My condition really effected my life. Dr. Jung was fabulous. He was thorough, compassionate, and really listened to me.
