Dr. Kimberly Sheryl Andrews-Reynolds, MD

I had high hopes for this doctor. I recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new primary care physician. I found Dr Andrew’s Reynolds via my insurance carrier saw the glowing reviews and booked an appointment. During my first appointment she was over an hour late. I did not leave the office until about two hours after my scheduled appointment time. This was very inconvenient for me considering I had to take the rest of the day off from work. It seemed like there’s no consideration for my time or appointment. As this was my first visit, I decided to extend some grace I had some follow up items which included lab work and imaging. The lab work was sent never sent to the lab and the associate working with the physician argued with the lab technician over the phone in regards to the work being sent. (later I found out the lab work was not fully inclusive of all exams I needed to take). I then booked a secondary follow up appointment. The receptionist booked the wrong time… then when I got a confirmation of the incorrect time, call to rebook the correct time the slot I thought I had initially booked was already taken. Receptionist is also very unprofessional and was joking and playing with the doctor during my appointment. I’m very disappointed currently sitting in the office waiting for the physician to come in for my follow up appointment – and already made up my mind. I will not be returning. I’m looking at other resources as we speak, including Zocdoc. Let me know if anyone else has a better referral. update I had my appointment and her assistant sent over the complete wrong labs and I was unable to have a full follow up due go her error - in addition I was not offered a refund or cancellation of my appointment. A complete waste of time, I still need to get labs and was told to come back and book another appointment with another fee because they made a mistake! This office needs to do better.
