Dr. Kimberly Chin Bialik, MD

Hands down one of the most unprofessional therapist!! After my own personal experience with her added to things I have told by other former clients, it is shocking she is still able to practice. Save yourself the mental anguish, and find a true therapist that helps your mental health verses making you worse.

Dr. Bialik was extremely attentive and caring during my first appointment. Dr. Bialik had already read up on my health conditions prior to our visit. It was nothing like a normal first visit with a doctor or specialist. Dr. Bialik had extensive knowledge of my previous test results. Either Dr. Bialik took the time to read through my entire file, or possibly even spoke with the other doctors at the Back and Pain Center prior to our appointment. I could tell right away that Dr. Bialik genuinely cares about the cervical spine pain that I deal with on a daily basis, and how my pain level affects my ability to manage my Type 1 diabetes. It can be difficult to share personal information with a doctor if you feel like they could care less about you. It wasn't like that at all with Dr. Bialik, in fact I cannot recall another time where I've had such an in-depth conversation about my health conditions with any doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Bialik for pain management consultation or if… you're looking for a caring psychologist.

Dr. Bialik is an excellent, professional, compassionate and intelligent doctor. Any negative responses in her profile on this page probably has more to do with U of M Hospital itself because of its size and access. However, I found my year long time with Dr. Bialik very helpful to my overall health. I highly recommend her.

Kim Bialik should not be practicing and working with human patients. The lack of understanding related to pain issues is appalling! Kim Bialik does not have a knowledge base, understanding or expertise of simple psychological care for pain patients. It's shocking that she is a provider with U of M, in the pain clinic and clueless related to care and treatment. I would NOT recommend Kim Bialik as a psychologist.
